We believe we have options to cater for all site update needs, a regular maintenance contract and the ability to arrange for ad-hoc updates as needed by your business.
Maintenance Contract
Created specifically to provide for local, small to medium sized businesses with existing websites, but not enough time to maintain them, a Fiery Phoenix Maintenance Contract could well be the service for you.
At Fiery Phoenix Webdesign we create a bespoke maintenance contract specifically tailored to your business. We will discuss your business needs prior to agreeing the details of the contract. A number of hours per year will be allocated, which may be used at any time throughout the relevant 12 month period.
Typical update requirements may include :

photographs of your premises and themed rooms

new facilities which have been added since the original site creation

“Special Offers” to be added then removed once expired

news updates about your business

menus

booking forms for parties etc…
All annual maintenance contracts may be paid yearly in advance or on a monthly basis. However if paid in advance, the contract will attract a 10% discount.
Ad-hoc Maintenance
If you wish Fiery Phoenix to take the tedium out of updating your site please contact us to discuss your needs.
We will arrange an initial meeting with you to discuss your potential requirements, website style and agree timescales for updates to be applied, when provided to us and to provide Fiery Phoenix with the relevant access details.
- Will the requirement be to apply the updates within 3 working days, by the first of the month etc?
- Will you require us to post updates to a preview area to be approved before making them live?
Once we have an understanding of the maintenance requirements simply email or post your updates to us and we will take care of the rest.
